Reddish color, with marked violet trim, in the olfactory phase appear fruity notes and a slight aroma of vanilla. On the palate it is well balanced, highlighting the character of the Tempranillo grape, which grows to unsuspected limits after a meticulous elaboration and careful time in oak barrels

Tasting notes: Cherry in color, its purple rim is clean and bright. It has a fresh and expressive nose that brings notes of sweet spices and red berries. On the palate it has sweet tannins and subtle toasted notes from the barrels. It also has a long and persistent finish

Serving temperature: 18ºC

Making: This wine comes from the upper part of the Rosedal and La Dehesa, Carremolinos, Zumbrin, Carranguix, La Calva and Los Valdilanes estates. The vineyard is between 20 and 35 years old and grows in poor soils of sand and clay. The grapes are harvested by hand. Once in tank, fermentation is carried out naturally, with indigenous yeast to preserve the character of our land. It is aged for 5 months in new American oak barrels
