Making: Handmade. It comes from its estates Valdeherreros, Carreportillo, Castellares, La Cañada and Fuenticuervos, in 80 year old vineyards, from Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon varieties in a unique way, each of them contributing the best of itself and achieving great complexity. It is left to macerate for about 25 days to extract the maximum phenological potential of the grapes
This wine from Bodegas Balbas remains for 36 months in French oak barrels. It is recommended to decant 30 minutes before consumption
