The nose is an explosion of fruity aromas, highlighting the cherry, strawberry and raspberry. With an intense and floral finish. Its passage through the mouth is smooth and balanced.

Making: This wine comes from the fresh part of the Rosedal and Dehesa estates. It is harvested at night, and when it arrives at the winery, a small maceration is carried out to obtain the precious aromas. Fermentation is carried out at a very low temperature to maintain its freshness
