Barbazul Chardonnay is a white wine made with Chardonnay from Cádiz by Huerta de Albalá.
The grapes used to make this wine come from their own vineyard and are harvested by hand. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 11ºC for 10 days. After the first racking, it remains on its lees for a month.
Sight: Straw yellow colour
Nose: On the nose aromas of banana, but and tropical fruit, combined with citrus fruits.
Taste: Tasty in the mouth, sparkling, lively, with great expression of fruit, intense and enveloping.
