Red Wine Barcolobo El Jaral
The Red Wine Barcolobo El Jaral is an author's wine made by Bodega Barcolobo with Designation of Origin VT Castilla y León.
Made from the selection of exceptional grapes in the winery of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Tempranillo varieties, destemmed without crushing. They are vinified separately and fermented in new French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 30ºC for 5 days. Subsequently aged for 20 months in new French oak barrels with a very fine grain and medium toast, with five rackings coinciding with the changes in lunar phase. Finally, the wine is refined in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months.
It is recommended to decant the wine before serving due to its technical load and artisanal production. Its ideal serving temperature is 16ºC.
