Barefoot Cashews 2020

This aged wine is a tribute to the old winegrower of this vineyard who worked barefoot. Made from 100% real Albillo planted in vineyards with granitic and stony soil, grown organically and with old vines. This is an early variety, very sensitive to cold and not very productive. Having a single varietal with it is a small privilege within the reach of very few.
