Crafted in collaboration with Lallemand Brewing to evaluate the results of an experimental yeast strain.
The people at Basqueland have been selected along with an exclusive group of breweries to participate in a pilot test with this innovative, yet unnamed yeast that has unleashed a true tropical whirlwind in the beer. To brew it, they have opted for extra pale malts, malted and flaked oats, and a double dry-hop of Citra and Galaxy hops that have complemented the flavors and multiplied the aromas generated by the yeast.
  • The result is a hazy DDH IPA with intense aromas of passion fruit, pineapple, guava, and pink grapefruit in a medium body, with a smooth mouthfeel and very low bitterness. Grab one with those tongs before they run out!
  • Pairs well with grilled meats, barbecues, pizzas, or meals with strong flavors.
