(Protected Geographical Indication) seal like the Asturian fabes that we have in mentta thanks to Casa La Rica, these legumes are also ideal for any spoon dish, including the famous Asturian fabada

Authentic country products

All the products of the Huerta de Ana Mary come from the fields of Fresno de la Vega, a small village in Leon bathed by the Esla River. They are cared for by Antonio, a farmer whose profession runs in the family.

How to preserve them As with other legumes, the best option is to store them in a closed glass jar in a dry place without much light or heat.
