We select the leanest pieces to make our minced beef. It does not include any preservatives or any other product besides ground beef.
To make our ground beef, we use lean pieces with very little fat content. We bone and chop these pieces by hand. Then it is passed through the grinder a couple of times to make it well crumbled. Then we package it in 500 gram packages. This guarantees the original flavor and juiciness.
Ground beef is the base of a good lasagna, cannelloni or bolognese pasta. You can also use it to prepare meatballs, or even hamburgers or meatloaf. It is one of the great advantages, you decide what to do with it.
We recommend keeping the ground beef between 1º and 5ºC. Best before: within 2 days (it is a short time because it does not contain preservatives). A good idea is to take the ground beef out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking so that it can come to room temperature and not be cold inside if it is cooked rare.
