This mead is made using collaboration honey from the seventynine honey makers, using their lavender honey from the town of Tiedra, in Valladolid, famous for its extensive lavender fields. This mead has the same sweetness and carbonation level as our original mead, but the lavender gives it a unique aroma that imparts great character.
