The AOVE Conde de Benalúa Bio Ecológico is an extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety, grown in the Montes de Granada at an altitude of over 1,500 meters. Its harvest in November-December and its cold extraction process guarantee a 100% natural juice with a unique flavor and aroma.
This oil comes from century-old olive groves, where harmful chemicals have not been used, ensuring environmentally friendly cultivation. Its cold extraction is carried out in two phases (vertical and horizontal), preserving all its organoleptic and nutritional properties.
