ROSADO (100% GARNACHA) DOP CEBREROS. VINTAGE 2018. Refreshing, balsamic with nerve and tension. Reminiscences of jasmine flower and violet.

VINIFICATION

Harvesting is done by hand in 15 kg crates. After finishing, the grapes are stored in cold storage at about 5°C and vatted the following day where a cold prefermentation is performed. Grapes are manually sorted grape by grape on a sorting table after destemming. Gravity vatting

Obtained by bleeding after a few hours of cold maceration, static racking and temperature-controlled fermentation. Aged on fine lees for two months
