Bestué Alicia is a single varietal Chardonnay wine from the family winery Otto Bestué, showing the potential of the French grape in the lands of Huesca. This white wine exhibits aromatic power, balance, and persistence. In addition to a great gastronomic affinity, it is an ideal wine to always have on hand. 2-hectare estate in the El Grado mountain, with sandy loam soils and very high drainage capacity. This allows us to manage the vigor and ripening of the grapes through irrigation management. Plantation direction (East - West), seeking the slowest possible ripening due to the low direct solar radiation on the clusters. Variety: 100% Chardonnay. Alcohol content: 13.5%.
