The Bienbebido collection is the result of a challenge: to find the perfect wine to take with different dishes. To achieve this, VINTAE organized a meeting of friends in which to experiment with different varieties and coupages.

Winemakers, sommeliers, chefs and lovers of the wine worldThey tasted and sampled to define the perfect companion for the Octopus, the chicken, the pork, the cow, the cheese or the ham.

For the chicken, the experts decided on a garnacha, a fresh wine, medium body and light tannin, perfect for the soft meat of chicken.

Bienbebido Chicken 2011 Tasting Note

Medium-layer wine, with a bright garnet cherry colour. Aromas of wild fruits such as raspberry and trinkets, combined with light toasts coming from their passage through barrels. In the mouth is silky, notable for its freshness and minerality, and is surprisingly easy to drink.
