This Biocop multigrain sliced bread is made with a blend of selected flours. It has a mild and aromatic flavor, providing a high fiber content. Sunflower and flax seeds have been added to the recipe both inside and outside, providing a good dose of proteins. The result is a healthy, delicious, and nutritious sliced bread.
Ingredients:
Spelt flour* 35%, spelt sourdough yeast* (spelt flour*, water) 15%, water, brown flax seeds* 5.5%, sunflower seeds* 5.5%, rye flour* 4.5%, oat flour* 4%, sunflower oil*, rice malt* (rice flour*, barley malt*), salt, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).
Treated with organic ethyl alcohol.
