White lasagna sheets made only with wheat from organic farming. Sicilian cuisine is rich and varied and the time spent on it does not seem to matter. The process of preparing the dishes is an art to which special attention is devoted, both lunch and dinner are enjoyed in peace. It is obvious that Sicily is very well positioned in the Slow Food movement. The tasty traditional Sicilian food is synonymous with the current concept of healthy food.Ingredients:Durum wheat semolina*.*=Sourced from organic farming.Store in a cool, dry place.Directions:Do not precook. Spread a layer of raw lasagna in the bottom of a greased baking dish with butter or covered with the filling sauce or béchamel sauce. Then add another layer of bechamel sauce, tomato sauce or the filling. Continue this operation interspersing each time with a layer of lasagna pasta. Finish with a layer of sauce that completely covers the lasagna. Add grated cheese (Parmesan goes very well) to gratin if desired and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ºC for 35 minutes.
