CFM® - cross-flow microfiltered whey protein isolate, with milk protein fractions (beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactoglobulin, serum albumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptide, lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase); cocoa powder, flavor, salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin; stabilizer: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame-K; patented digestive enzymes DigeZyme® - multi-enzyme complex (amylase, lipase, lactase, cellulase, and neutral bacterial protease), LactoSpore™ (Bacillus coagulans, maltodextrin).
Mix 1 heaping scoop (35 g) with 200 - 300 ml of water or skim milk. Use an electric or manual blender and mix for 30 seconds. Take 1-2 servings daily between meals, depending on daily protein needs.
