Black olive pâté with Uncastillo onion

Ingredients: Aragonese black olives, onion, extra virgin olive oil, and vinegar. 

There is a tradition of our grandparents, which was to snack on a handful of black olives, some seasoned onion wedges, and with a piece of bread.  This paté pays homage to those snacks.
