Black Widow Never Ever 2018

Viuda Negra Nunca Jamás is a single varietal Tempranillo that seeks a youthful character (hence its name, never ever, like Peter Pan's country), with increased complexity from its time in oak.

The higher areas of each vineyard are harvested as they are the poorest. Viuda Negra Nunca Jamás is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. Made in 225-litre French oak barrels for 14 days at low temperatures, with 4-5 pours per day.

Aged in different French oak barrels looking for aromatic complexity until the end of the malolactic fermentation.
