Borsao Tres Picos 2021

Vineyards on the mountain 35 to 60 years old located at 600 - 700 meters above sea level with clay-limestone, stony, and loamy soils. Maceration for 20-25 days in total. Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature between 25º-30º C. The wine undergoes 5 months of aging in French oak Bordeaux barrels.
