After years of research and many tastings, the Jerez winery has managed to create an exceptional brandy that has been specially designed to take with ice or as part of a combined. From the best soleras of the house, this brandy whose origin are some spirits distilled from extraordinary wines (holandas) that have had very long aging. The result is a very fresh and fruity brandy that will brighten up any after-dinner or party night
From excellent white wines of Palomino and Airén, very young and fruity, fermented at low temperature and keeping some lees are distilled in stills at 65ºC to get excellent holandas. These are aged in American oak casks that have been wrapped with Oloroso de Jerez wine. The traditional system of Soleras and Criaderas is followed, entering the system from the tenth criadera, passing through the system until reaching the solera. The volume of the sacas is controlled so that the ageing of this brandy remains constant. WOOD
