The strains that make up this combination result in a rich yogurt that combines the qualities of original Bulgarian yogurt with those of bifidus yogurt, which is less dense, creamy, and acidic than normal Bulgarian yogurt without bifidus. Recommended for the development of the baby's flora and for people suffering from intestinal irregularity. Characteristics: 25,000 million lyophilized live cells in each sachet. 100% pure bacteria, without preservatives, sugars, or additives. Can ferment up to 5 liters of milk or soy drink at once (or divided among five containers of one liter or less). Both curdle perfectly. It ferments other plant-based drinks, although with a liquid consistency. Store in the cold.
