The Caballero de Olmedo Verdejo White Wine is a white wine from the winery Felix Lorenzo Cachazo.
The grapes used for this wine are of the Verdejo variety planted in different parts of the D.O Rueda, from younger vineyards on trellises to their "jewels" which are their pre-phylloxera goblet vines over 150 years old located in the municipality of Alcazarén.
