Making: Fermentation of each variety separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 24º - 28º C with a peak of 32ºC. Maceration for 15 days in total. The wine is aged for 12 months in French (90%) and American (10%) Bordeaux oak barrels.
