Nestor is a young coffee producer. At only 24 years old, he has made many changes in his family coffee farm. He wants to achieve sustainability by producing high-quality coffees. Nestor is the youngest of three siblings and is in charge of processing and quality control. Before the new generation of the Lasso family took over the farm, they used to be a traditional coffee family that did not focus on specialty coffees. Now, as they have been able to produce excellent processes, harvest new varieties, and produce high-quality profiles, they have been able to improve their profitability and invest in their farm.
