Cair is made up of 100% with fine ink from old vines, in some cases centenarian, of very low production. It makes malolactic fermentation in new French and American oak casks. It goes through a later breeding of 14 months.

Cair Tasting Note

The red wine Cair has a beautiful cherry colour with violet reflections, well covered, vivid, clean, shiny and very intense.
