Calendula (calendula officinalis) 30g

Whole flower. Anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, healing, antibacterial, and fungicidal. Emenagogue. Emollient. Choleretic and anti-ulcer. Recommended method of use for infusions: Pour the contents of one tablespoon into boiling water and remove from heat. Cover the container and let it steep for 8 to 10 minutes. If they are roots, barks, or seeds, simmer on low heat for 2 to 4 minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste.
