How to use:

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Perfect to accompany sushi, and other oriental recipes.

How to make Sushi with Enso's preparation?

1. Place the sushi rice in boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Dry well and allow to cool. Stir and mix well in rice vinegar.
2. Cut 100g raw salmon or tuna into strips and 3 crab sticks in equal parts
3. Place 1 sheet of seaweed on the bamboo mat. place a quarter of cooked rice in the center. Spread to cover the sheet (leave 2cm of margin between both sides). Spread the mayonnaise. Add the salmon, the sticks, avocado, cucumber, or the filling of your choice.
7. Roll the mat over the seaweed sheet and seal with a little water
8. Cut each roll into 6 or 8 pieces
9. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and sushi ginger
