Made with a sheet of wheat flour extruded through bronze and slowly dried at low temperature, the Cannelloni are only seasoned and baked directly in the oven raw for 40 minutes. We recommend the following fillings to make at home: with fresh ricotta, vegetables sautéed in a pan, a pinch of pecorino cheese and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, or with tomato sauce in Pera d'Abruzzo Rustichella and a meat or liver Abruzzese sausage.Baking time: 40 minutes.
