Variety: Grenache and Syrah from the Bancales and Cadillos estates.


Ageing: Aged in French oak barrels for 3 months during which malolactic fermentation takes place.


Tasting:
Intense cherry red wine with violet tones on the rim. Clean and very intense aromas, reminiscent of red and black bramble fruits (blackberry, raspberry, strawberry), on a bed of those provided by the barrel (toasted, toffee). In the mouth it is full, tasty and sweet. Powerful in its entrance and passage through the mouth, it reminds us again of the bramble fruits, which we perceived in the olfactory phase. Persistent, frank and fruity finish in retronasal (Winery tasting note).
Serve at a temperature between 14 and 16°C.
