Jumilla, made from 60% Monastrell, 25% Tempranillo and15% Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. Vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes and selection of clusters in the field and then in the winery. Cold pre-fermentation maceration in stainless steel tanks for 5 days to extract the aromas of the grapes. Aging for 9 months in French and American oak barrels of 225 liters.
