2 Bottles with a case of 500ml of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Molino de Casilda, Reserve Familiar, Coupage variety.

Oil produced from selected olives of three types of local varieties: Matihuela, Cerezuela de Villacarrillo, and Royal de Cazorla. The Matihuela variety is exclusively grown by Molino de Casilda, making this EVOO unique in the world. Harvested at the end of October using mechanical means with vibrators and crushed within 4 hours of harvesting.

TASTING NOTES

• Aroma: Oil with an open profile in numerous nuances that define its complexity. Its fruity olive aroma is intense with green notes softened by aromas of other fruits such as banana and apple. On the nose, there are subtle notes of sweet almond that express their maximum splendor on the palate.
• Flavor: It caresses the palate with a velvety texture that harmonizes with a medium bitterness and a more intense spiciness. Raw walnut and herbal greens complete the aroma of this oil. It can be appreciated the perfect blend of the varieties that make it up, reflecting a united reflection of lively nuances that leave a lasting elegance in our memory.
