Production and Aging

Conde de Haro Brut Rosé is made through direct pressing, fermentation in 1,000-liter tanks at 14ºC.

Afterwards, it is aged for 4 months on its own lees before being bottled. The second fermentation takes place at 12ºC for 4 months, and it remains in the cellar for at least 14 more months, always kept at a low temperature.

Tasting Notes of Conde de Haro Brut Rosé

  • Appearance: Conde de Haro Brut Rosé has a very soft and bright salmon color due to the garnacha variety. Its slow fermentation gives us a very fine, persistent, and elegant bubble that denotes careful craftsmanship.
  • Nose: The aromatic complexity of this sparkling wine is surprising, as it simultaneously presents tropical fruit and citrus aromas that bring freshness and youth, as well as more mature fruits like peach or quince.
  • Palate: It has a slightly sweet attack that transitions into a fresh acidity. The pleasant sensation of its entry into the mouth surprises, as the delicacy of its bubbles does not prevent one from appreciating the elegance and complexity that the lees aging has brought.

Pairing

Conde de Haro Brut Rosé is ideal to accompany Iberian cured meats, appetizers, and smoked salmon. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC.
