Description
Celeste is an opulent wine with lots of fruit, body and colour. And for that, Celeste is unique. Like an instant of Ribera del Duero heaven.


Provenance
At an altitude of almost 900 metres you can caress the stars. And play at shaping the clouds. The aroma of the sunset is more intense. And the sunlight rests on the earth in all its splendour. At almost 900 metres above sea level, Celeste is born, the first Ribera del Duero of the Torres family.


Gastronomy
Due to its tannic and fruity characteristics it is the ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of meat recipes including roasts and game.

Serve between 16-17 ºC.


Tasting notes

Cherry red colour. Intense and powerful nose, with notes of red fruits and spices. On the palate the entry is pleasant and round with soft tannins and fruity finish.


Type of grape
Tinto Fino. The tempranillo of the Ribera del Duero, is called tinto fino. A jewel of this land of extreme temperatures, which does not need to be blended with other varieties.
