Celeste Roble, is a wine of nuances, where you can perceive in an exceptional way the fruity character and the verve of the fine red variety, along with the aromas of its short, but intense, time in barrel.


Provenance
At almost 900 meters of altitude you can caress the stars. And play at shaping the clouds. The scent of dawn is more intense. And the sunlight unfolds over the earth in all its splendour.


Gastronomy
Due to its tannic and fruity characteristics, it is the ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of meat recipes.
Serve between 14 - 16ºC.


Tasting notes
Cherry red cherry colour with mauve rim. Aroma of red fruit salad with a slight spicy background. Sweet and fresh entry that persists throughout its passage in the mouth reflecting its body and youth.
