It is a wine of malolactic fermentation (fermentation carried out to transform malic acid into lactic acid)done in new French Allier oak barrels. Subsequently it remains in barrel for 10 months with its corresponding rackings.

With a bright and clean colour
Bright and clean colour, violet and very deep. The nose is very fresh, elegant and intense, with notes of fresh fruit: raspberries, strawberries, redcurrants.
In the mouth it is tasty, fresh, fleshy and very sweet, perfectly balanced and with remarkable fruity memory. Very long and attractive finish.
It is an extremely singular wine that needs to be decanted for aeration at least 30 minutes before consumption.
