CERES RED WINE
The Ceres red wine is made from 100% Tempranillo and belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Its winemaker is Natalia Calleja. The name of this wine comes from the Greek Goddess of Agriculture and Earth. The vineyards are located in La Horra, in the province of Burgos, where there are around 40 hectares of Tempranillo vines between 10 and 100 years old. Traditional agriculture with great care over the vine. The Asenjo & Alonso winery producing this wine was born in 2004.
It is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º, before serving it is advisable to decant it.
