André Clouet's new venture is a champagne where chalky nature is the protagonist. The soils from which their Chardonnay grapes come from are more than 200 million years old, and that is why they have created a whole image around the bottle representative of this character, where even the case itself is kept in line with the champagne, as it is covered by a layer of chalk which is, in itself, a declaration of intent.
The nose is very mineral, fresh, with hints of citrus and stone fruit.
The palate is dry, full and long, with perfectly balanced acidity.
