With abundant bubbles, tidy and with long length. More than 60% of the grapes come from Maison Bollinger's own vineyards, located in the area of the Grands Crus and Premiers Crus of the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs.first partial fermentation in oak barrels.
