Bollinger Spécial Cuvée Brut is the classic of non-vintage champagnes. Also for being known as the Bollinger champagne from the 007 movie. Noted for its fine bubbles that look like velvet, constant, lively and distinguished, it is a blend from reserve wines of exquisite quality.

Made with Pinot Noir at 66%, it is the predominant variety in the blend and made up of several vintages, with a golden colour characteristic of the black grape variety. This Bollinger Spécial Cuvée Brut champagne gives off intense aromas of fruit, baked apple and persian, and some spices.
