The flagship cuvée of Champagne Bollinger, Special Cuvée borrows some elements from the legendary British secret agent James Bond's wardrobe and showcases a new elegant, sophisticated, and impeccable image. A true gem for collectors of iconic bottles and fans of the legendary James Bond saga.
The Champagne Bollinger Special Cuvée 007 Limited Edition is made from 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 15% Meunier. Few Champagne houses have the fame and prestige of Bollinger, established since the early 19th century by a seriousness and regularity that have remained impeccable over the years.
More than 60% of the grapes come from Bollinger's own vineyards, located in the Grands Crus and Premiers Crus areas of the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. First fermentation partially in oak barrels. Aged for a minimum of 3 years before disgorgement, it then rests for a minimum of 3 months before being released to the market.
