Wonderful cuvée from the Gobillard Winery, in which the grapes areá subject to the same controls as in the Cuvée Prestige Millésimée. The grape varieties with which this cuvée is made are: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir.

This cuvée is produced exclusively in the Premier Cru vineyards in Hautvilliers, these are the oldest vineyards belonging to the company, with a low production. The winemaking process involves a period of at least 3 years of aging in the cellar. The traditional vinification of the Pinot Noir variety using the bleeding method offers subtle aromas of red fruits in perfect harmony with the finesse and elegance provided by the Chardonnay wines
