Cheese tasting

A complete tasting of artisan cheeses, a great gift for cheese lovers:

• 1 pc. of whole Tou dels Til-lers cheese 250 g. Made from freshly milked milk from cows in the Catalan Pyrenees, it is a very peculiar soft cheese that retains all its fresh milk flavor. Its rind is naturally moldy.
• 1 pc. of Pell Florida sheep's cheese 450 g. Sheep's cheese, semi-soft ivory-colored paste, with rustic moldy rind and handmade. With a somewhat elastic texture, without eyes, creamy, marked on the palate.
• 1 pc. of whole La Pastora cream cheese. It is an "old-fashioned" raw sheep's milk cheese, natural, with a delicate and intense flavor and great smoothness.
• 1 pc. of Lazana cheese 300 g. Asturian refined cow's cheese, made entirely by hand. It is a camembert or brie type cheese, soft paste cow, refined and with natural washed rind.
