Camellia sinensis, produced in Pu-Erh village located in Southwest China. Known for its sweeter and smoother flavor than other teas and for its stimulating capacity, as it contains theine and caffeine; although it is also known for its other benefits.

Properties

• Contains vitamins B, C, and D, as well as magnesium, potassium, iodine, zinc, and fluorine.
• Prevents fluid retention. It has great detoxifying and diuretic power, perfect for eliminating toxins.
• Aids in digestion and helps with weight loss.
• Regulates fats, such as blood cholesterol.

• Good for maintaining concentration.

Preparation method:

Use a teapot or cup where the leaves can expand and pour the water when it starts to boil. Let it steep covered for approx. 3 to 5 min. for black tea and 2 min. for green tea.
