Thanks to its structure and the "amino" group that forms it, in an acid medium such as the stomach, it is capable of absorbing ingested fat. The fat that it captures also becomes non-absorbable, so its caloric value is zero, being the fats eliminated together with the fiber.
Chitosan is capable of absorbing 4 or 5 times its own weight in fat, an action that is enhanced with the addition of Vitamin C. Indirectly, the level of "bad" cholesterol is notably reduced, as fat absorption is lower, and HDL cholesterol rises.
The chromium contained in its formula helps to maintain normal blood glucose levels and contributes to the universal metabolism of macronutrients.
How to use:
It is advisable to take 2-3 capsules with plenty of liquid before meals.
