Magnificent Iberian batch of top quality products from the southern Sierra of Andalusia, acorn-fed Iberian products, which consist of the following:

Classic Batch Contents:

- Acorn-fed Iberian chorizo, approximately 700 grams

- Acorn-fed Iberian salchichón, approximately 700 grams

- Raw sheep milk cheese, approximately 750 grams

- 1 kg of cured and salted acorn-fed Iberian panceta

- 70cl bottle of red wine

Gourmet Batch Contents:

- 2 packs of cured Iberian panceta, 100 grams each

- 2 packs of marinated Iberian papada, 100 grams each

- Partridge pâté, 100 grams

- Boneless partridge in 100% handmade and natural olive oil escabeche, 400 grams

- 100% handmade and natural pork loin in olive oil, 400 grams

- 2 wedges of Old Mixed Cheese, 200 grams each, made from raw milk

- Approximately 80 grams of breadsticks in packets

- 2021 Ribera red wine bottle

- 0.5 kg of Iberian pork sobrasada

- 1kg tin of mackerel in vegetable oil

- Optional 50% Iberian acorn-fed loin, approximately 700 grams

- Stainless steel ham holder
