Its color is intense cherry red with violet reflections. On the nose, it combines elegance with maturity, offering aromas of black and red fruits (raspberries and wild blackberries), sweet spices (nutmeg, cloves, vanilla), cedar, and light toasted touches that gradually fade, as well as notes of licorice. In the mouth, it is silky and balanced, with a good structure and a refreshing acidity that prolongs the intensity and length of the wine. The notes present on the nose are also perceived on the palate, and its finish is long thanks to its refreshing acidity.
It pairs perfectly with lamb chops, stews, pastas, grilled, roasted or stewed meats, as well as a variety of light dishes.
