The Vino Tinto Cillar Joven is a young wine made in the D.O. Ribera del Duero that does not go through wood. It is the expression of a pure tempranillo. The wine is made using the traditional method of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, it is bottled without going through an aging process in oak barrels.

• Vineyard Age: Vines between 15 and 75 years old.
• Average altitude: 840 meters.

It is recommended to serve the Red Wine Cillar Joven at a temperature between 14 and 16ºC
