Mouth: Entrada sabrosa y envolvente, con salinidad y acidez vivaz. Postgusto largo con recuerdo frutal de hollejos dulces de la uva madura, almendruco, manzana Fuji y final especiado muy agradable.
Nose: Aromas florales camomila, jazmín y lavanda, fruta madura y especias. También se aprecian aromas de levaduras finas y miga de pan.
