This wine is a single varietal Verdejo (100%) from old vines planted between 700 and 800 meters above sea level, in the municipal district of the Segovian towns of Moraleja, Aldeanueva, Codorniz, and Santiuste.
Regarding the winemaking process, after manual harvesting, there is a light cold maceration and a fermentation at low temperature (12ºC). Finally, the wine rests with its fine lees, to achieve the smoothness on the palate that characterizes it.
